While we know that working out three times a week is optimal, we also realize that busy lives require flexibility. That's why we offer a variety of plans and options to meet your lifestyle. We have ongoing 4 week sessions and you are welcome to join in on any day. Choose class from 7:00am - 8:00am or 8:30am - 9:30am.

SESSION PRICES:

4 Week Boot Camp 3 classes (Mon,Wed,Fri) per week .... $180.

Includes a t-shirt and initial full fitness assessment

*Sign up for two full sessions in a row and get $30.00 off on your third session - Two free classes! (A full session is 3 x per week)

*Refer a friend - someone new to Bootcamp. If you are in a full 3 x per week session and your friend signs up for a full 3 day per week session you both get $30.00 off for that month.
* One discount per month.

4 week Boot Camp 2 classes per week ..... $132.00

4 week Boot Camp 1 class per week......... $ 69.00

Drop-in class $20.00 with 10% discount for locals $18.00

"Custom" classes for 4 or more ............ $25.00 per person

Coming to town for a weekend, week or a day; have a book club, bunko group or just getting away with the girls and want to do something different? Try the unique and challanging experience of outdoor fitness on the beach. We can make it happen. Give us a call for your private group Bootcamp experience or come down and join in our class.

MAKE-UP CLASSES:

You may take a double class within your session to cover any make-up classes or if you are in one or two times per week you may add on to any week within the session. Credits will not be held over to the next session.

T-shirts, caps and equipment listed below available at class.

*Please note: All drop -in classes require a call ahead
